Day Of Coordinator Contract

• Create a detailed list of who needs to attend wedding rehearsal

• Direct the rehearsal for processional and recessional

• Construct wedding day timeline

• Act as contact for all vendors day before, and day of wedding

• Meet with officiant before ceremony for any last-minute details

• Direct the processional and recessional the day of

• Direct everyone out of ceremony in a timely matter

• Meet with photographer before pictures for last-minute details

• Make sure caterer is ready before reception

• Make sure all major reception events happen at correct time (first dance, dinner, cake cutting, toasts, departure)

• Ensure cake and flower arrival is on time and set up correctly

• Final details will be taken care of ( i.e. who oversees gifts, paying vendors, marriage licenses, reception take down)

• It is your responsibility to make the selections of vendors; we will implement your selections.

• It is your responsibility to provide us with contact names, telephone numbers, and scheduled timetables for all vendors involved in the wedding ceremony and reception no later than 14 days prior to the wedding.

• It is your responsibility to notify us of any changes in a timely manner.

Payment Amount:

The agreed-upon fee for the Day of Coordinator service is $750. A $100 deposit is due at contract signing. The remaining balance of $650 is due upon arrival at Wild Rose Ranch for your event.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation of these services less than 90 days prior to your wedding date will result in the loss of your $100 deposit. Your deposit is fully refundable if cancellation occurs more than 90 days prior to your wedding date.
